Application and Operation
KN 41 HBS Touch is a touch-screen controlled flash butt welder for band saw blades 6–41 mm wide. Stored blade recipes organize welding-current settings and the welding/annealing workflow for repeated production and blade-service work.

Options and Accessories
- TSAS pyrometer-controlled annealing: three adjustable temperatures and three times; listed measurement range 300–1300 °C. Standard for HBA and optional for HBS according to the source. Automatic sensor cover and LED work light.
