Define who will attend

Operators, maintenance staff and production supervisors use the same machine from different perspectives. Identify these roles before planning the session and record the questions each team needs answered.

Use the real application

Prepare the relevant material information and machine documentation. Organize questions around setup, the control interface, operating checks and the responsibilities of each role.

Create a useful handover

Keep a record of agreed procedures and unresolved questions. Training should refer to the actual machine documentation and the site’s operating procedures; a general article cannot substitute for machine-specific instruction.

Plan follow-up

New operators and changes in production can create additional training needs. Keep a simple list of recurring questions and discuss the next session with the technical team.
