Application and Operation
DK 6000 is a block & plate band saw for industrial metal cutting, with a listed maximum cutting height of 600 mm and throat size of 1000 mm. Its blade-guidance, table and drive configuration can be selected around the material, workpiece dimensions and production workflow.

- DKO-SMST — Standard Manual Secondary Table for DK 6000: Additional manually operated secondary table, listed at 2000 × 7500 mm for DK 6000.
- DKO-HTST — High-Tech Secondary Table for DK 6000: Secondary loading table, listed at 2300 × 7500 mm with four hydraulic lift units for DK 6000.
- DKO-STLB — Secondary Table Servo Motion and Hydraulic Clamping Block ( Min 2 PCS ): Servo-driven material feed and hydraulic clamping blocks; minimum two units. Supports automatic material referencing and holds the workpiece during cutting.
- DKO-PS — Proximity Sensor: Proximity sensing for rapid approach followed by cutting feed.
- DKO-CL — Band Mist coolant system: Mist lubrication/cooling of the saw band during cutting.
- DKO-PDSS-5+ — Pilz Door Safety System 5+ Doors: Pilz door safety system; door configuration and applicable safety documentation must be confirmed for the supplied machine.
- DKO-LCL — Laser for Cutting Line: Cutting-line laser for positioning the workpiece; laser colour is subject to supply configuration.
- DKO-SOTT-4/6 — Set-up and Training for DK 4000 and 6000 Type Bandsaw Machines: On-site operator setup and maintenance training. The source describes three working days; scope, travel and schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
- DKO-DMPA — Different Motor Power Applications: Alternative motor power within the machine design limits; confirm the required rating before quotation.
- G-DVA — Different Voltage Application: Alternative electrical supply configuration. The source lists 380 V AC as standard; confirm the destination supply and ordered configuration.
